Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
In its original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
